
Dr. Huang
Dr. Carol L. Huang is a board-certified dermatologist and a native New Yorker having grown up in Queens. She graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University double majoring in Biology and Economics. She earned her medical degree, a M.D. with Distinction in Research from SUNY Stony Brook. Additionally, she pursued advanced training in a pigmented lesions fellowship at NYU.
Mangie Ly-Bud, PA
Mangie Ly Bud is a board-certified physician assistant licensed in New York. She graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2009. Since her graduation, she has worked in various specialty fields including Hematology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Radiology and Clinical Research where she participated in implementing phase I to phase III clinical trials. Over the 16 years being a physician assistant, she has gained tremendous experience in providing health care where she is frequently complimented for being hard-working, focused on patient care, oriented to details, answering all questions in a timely manner and enjoyed educating patients on many medical illnesses.


Dr. Brian
Dr. Brian How is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He provides comprehensive care for a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions in patients of all ages.
Dr. How graduated magna cum laude from Stony Brook University with a degree in Biochemistry and earned his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. He completed his internship in Family Medicine and residency in Dermatology at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where he served as Academic Chief Resident during his final year of training.
